Brunch salad

Mmm this salad taste awesome and all the flavours and textures feel really balanced. I think the coconut oil drops made the difference! Just few drops in the end, really. It’s been three days now that I m short with oils and coconut is my anchor. I used it to pat fry that onigiri on both sides too.
Mmm great ingredients people! I m sure you all have these basic with you:

Broccoli
Avocado
Cucumber
Red onion
Red cabbage
Hemp seeds
Garlic clove
Coconut oil
Salt pinch

All raw except for boiled broccoli. Mmm it tastes just wonderful and filling. Dont look at the appearance please just try it!
