Yummo leftover..much more yummo than two days before. These egg noodles were playing all by themselves in a bowl in the fridge. I cooked them with miso sauce a couple of night before and today they are redressed all nice and cool for a light lunch full of nutrients.
Stir fry the noodles over garlic, pepper and curcuma. Make a bed of tomato and cucumber in littl cubes, pinch pinch of salt and oil. Hot noodles over cold salad and the meal is ready!
