Bulgur simply is cracked wheat. Here it is “decorated” with two ingredients only and a base of stir fried red onions thinly cut. A nourishing and quick dish. Bulgur needs to be soaked overnight in this case. Dried tomatoes too. Kalamata black olives deseeded and cut in little chunks. Needs very short cooking after the long soaking, all the ingredients are blended and warmed up with hot olive oil in a saucepan.
- 1 bowl of bulgur (soaked overnight)

- 6 big kalamata olives
- 2 dry tomato cut and soaked overnight
