These cookies have just been improvised in my kitchen in order to use some crushed cardamoms mixed with a spoon of pulverized red sugar left in a box. Besides, I used plain flour, ghee and water for the dough. They are a product of an halogen oven, hence crusty, crunchy and dry. I mean that the conventional oven would have given a more fragrant result, not so dry. But halogen oven works thru the wind element in particular, although there is a lamp on top of the fan. We are enjoying them anyway with a warm cuppa almond and red bean milk.
