Juicy chicken wings in Japanese style (Allrecipes dot com)

Today i spent all day home reading gardening sleeping. At 7 pm didn’t step into the kitchen yet but i know i had to fix something for hubby and me. In the freezer there is a sack of chicken wings. Great, how to cook them up? First recipe coming up on my laptop is the following here and i ve followed to the letter, except for the garlic (I used fresh grated, a couple of cloves). Hubby verdict: too much vinegar, and i second him.
