Rice set 4 of 7: Rice with double circle of vegetables

This succulent easy meal is earthy in flavour with a slight goat cheesy background and gfreatly nutrishous thanks to wolfberry, barley and preserved olives among the ingredients.

Barley, rice, wolfberries, lemon slice, salt: place them all in the rice cooker and wait for the beep. Then mold them at the center of a flat dish. Orzo, riso,  wolfberries, fettina di limone e sale: mettere gli ingredienti nella cucina riso e aspettare il bip. Poi dare la forma a cupola con una scodellina.

The red circle around the rice is a thick sauce made of cherry tomatoes and preserved olives with fresh onions in warm oil. Il cerchio rosso intorno al riso e’ una salsa spessa fatta di pachino e olive in conserva riscaldati con cipolle sottili in olio in padella.

Potato, squash: steam them nicely but not that much. When ready cut and sprinkle with cilantro, salt and warm them up in butter with goat cheese. Organize them all around the tomato circle. Patate, zucca: al vapore ma non troppo. Poi tagliarle in pezzi e riscaldare nel burro insieme a cilantro, sale e formaggio di capra. Organizzare gli ingredienti per formare il cerchio maggiore intorno al piatto.
