Teresa soft coco-cookies

It s a recipe i tasted during the Summertime in Italy, my cousin Teresa made these super simple filled cookies first dipped in warm coffeed water and then rolled into dry coconut. The cooky here is PAVESINO, totally italian. You need 2 pavesini and glue them with a mix of nutella & mascarpone or another creamy ingredient, then dip and roll. Send it to the fridge to consolidate before serving.

Un classico nelle cucine di oggi. Prendete i pavesini a due  a due e incollateli con nutella  e mascarpone. poi rigirateli in acqua caffeinosa e rotolateli nelle scaglie di cocco essiccato. Preparatene un bel vassoio e speditelo in frigo prima di servire le delizie coco cioccolattose. Pavesini forever! (immagine di arte.go.it)
