Baba ganoush & crispy rice triangles

I just fry laddles of smooth creamy mix of rice flour, thin eggplants circles, salt, water; Let the flat ricecake pat dry, then cut in triangles.

For the eggplant dipping, this time i cud not use the oven and stir fried by adding little water to the finely cut eggplants, salt,paprika. Then to the mixer with yogurt and lemon drops.
