Ancora tartellette! Tartlets again!

For the filling this time i made an experiment: warm cream (flour, butter, sugar, yolk, vanilla, water, wipping cream) plus greek yogurt. For the crust: flour, butter, sugar, iced water and cardamom essence. Final result very gnammee🙂

Per la crosta: farina, zucchero, essenza cardamomo, acqua ghiacciata, burro. Per la crema: burro, zucchero, farina, vanilla, tuorlo, acqua, panna liquida. Mescolare la crema con yogurt greco e riempire i gusci.
