Bluberry tartlets ~ Tartellette con mirtilli

Focus on the pretty tartlets. It s the first time i use bluberry for a dessert. The combination of this small juicy frut with simple cream is so delicate an just lovely to taste. Infact we also enjoyed it as a late night dessert with no crust, only with cup and spoon. The crustey tartlets were meant for today breakfast instead!

The crust was a little crumbly, should have been more compact: only butter and flour based then sent to the oven 150 degrees for about 20 minuts. The cream was extra delicious: sugar & egg yolk poured into a small pot to warm together with flour, wipping cream, vanilla bean . Stir and stir until creamy and nice. Fill the crust when it s out of the oven, decorate it with frut and back to oven for just a couple o minuts.

Focus sulle tartellette carine. La crosta e` risultata un po troppo friabile mentre la crema con sapore di vaniglia  era deliziosa. Infatti crema e mirtilli insieme sono diventati un saporito dolce al cucchiaio.

ingredienti crosta infornata per circa 20 minuti in forno a 150 gradi: burro e farina / ingredienti crema in ordine di mescolanza: tuorlo & zucchero si aggiungono a panna liquida e farina nel pentolino con pezzetto di baccello di vaniglia; gira & gira finquando la crema si forma. Riempire le croste sfornate e decorarle con mirtilli; infornare di nuovo per un paio di minuti soltanto.
