Squash, soybean sprouts, walnut in pesto ~ Zucca, germogli soya e noci in pesto

A side dish. Healthy and savoury, infact we used a loose tsp basil pesto sauce to link the fusion among these three ingredients:

  • Pan fry slices of squash with some sliced onions
  • Add the soy sprouts
  • Add the walnuts (soeaked overnight in water)
  • Add some pesto sauce to give an aroma
  • Enjoy as a side dish with plane rice or/and meat.

Un contorno semplice e pratico, con un cucchiaino di pesto al basilico per insaporire e fare la differenza. Friggere la zucca a fettine con cipolla, poi aggiungere i germogli e le noci (tenute in acqua per una notte), il pesto per legare gli ingredienti e servire come contorno con riso o/e carne.
