Egg filled squids

In South of Italy they do a much more succulent version using magnum size calamari (squids) filled with egg and then cooked in tomato sauce. Last nite i tried the humble version instead, after grabbing a bunch of the creatures at the fish market on the bus stop.

Briskly cook in a batter of eggs, yogurt (i also added soft avocado chunks) and spices in a  skillet. Let cool down and then fill the squids with it, use  a toothpick as a clasp and send it to steam for few minuts, cut and serve.
