Chinese pork soup ‘nd dance well

Tonight dance performance at APA (Academy of Performing  Arts). A warm Chinese soup with something like 20 different herbs and ingredients is what is needed for strenghtening the body and stay light and nourished anyway. i am having it for both breakfast and lunch adding some steamed rice too.  Some of the easily recognizible elements: ginseng, lotus seeds, job’s tears, seashell fruits, sweet almonds, preserved dates, tangerin dry skin, barley….much more of which i dont know the name :-).
