Savoury corn spaghetti

Maybe they are not as easy to digest as rice spaghetti but they are really savoury and I think can be topped with any dressing. We stir fried them with squash, spinach and paneer. Also added a generous handful of mixed beans, a Chinese soup leftover.  

how?

  • briskly boil the spinach in salty water
  • in a pan sautee onion, add squash already sliced
  • add paneer (i used frozen paneer already cubed)
  • add the beans already cooked
  • add spinach only at the end when stirring with drained pasta
