Creamy pestle filling for baked zucchini ~ ripieno al mortaio per zucchine al forno

This creamy filling for baked zucchini (after steaming them for  a little while) is made of:

  • Danish feta (very solid and very salty texture!) ~ feta danese
  • dill herb ~ tarassaco
  • grated parmesan ~ parmigiano grattugiato
  • paprika
