la frittata divertita!

Divertita means FUN ~

For this mouthwatering healthy meal you only need:

  • thinly thinly sliced pac choy ~ tanti pac choy tagliati sottilmente
  • capocollo in stripes ~ capocollo a striscette
  • small onions, sale, pepe, cilantro, olio
  • glass of cashew butter diluted with hot water ~ 1 bicchiere di burro di anacardi diluito con acqua bollente

HOW to do it? Nothing is easier and more DIVERTITA!

  • Sautee onion in oil and spices in a pan
  • Add capocollo e pak choy
  • Add diluted butter and form a cream
  • Boil and drain ramen, pour them in the pan above, stir, make a frittata shape, serve, it s delicious ~
  • sautee cipolla in olio e spezie nella padella
  • aggiungere il burro diluito
  • aggiungere verdura e capocollo e formare una crema
  • versare nella padella i ramen bolliti e scolati, formare la frittata cosi:
