Magic of Choy Sam in 3 dishes

Our friends brought back to Moscow guess what? A full bag of CHOY SAM. yes you cannot resist to this veg wheter you already tried it or not! There are several versions of choy sam anyway. You have choices.

Try them stir fried with ginger and soy sauce siding simple rice.


I nostri amici sono ripartiti per Mosca e indovinate cosa si sono portati dietro? una bustona di CHOY SAM! Ci sono varieta di choy sam. Potete scegliere. Ma non pedetevi il gusto di mangiarli, sono pieni di minerali!

Eccoli ripassati al wok con radice di zenzero e salsa di soya, accanto ad un semplice riso.

Or try these Lasagne glued by a wonderful besciamella sauce with chili in powder and grated red onions. Between the layers (photo) also grounded pistachios, chopped spicy green olives, steamed choy sam.


Oppure provate queste nuove Lasagne incollate da una besciamella con chili in polvere e cipolla grattugiata; tra gli strati (in foto) anche pistacchi e olive verdi piccanti a pezzetti, choy sam (o altra verdura) al vapore.

Infine un altra varieta di choy sam che accompagna patate e zucchine al vapore e poi gratinate al forno con la setssa besciamella della lasagna in alto e vermicelli di riso saltati con formaggio grattugiato. Non vi sembra un piatto mediterraneo? Il sapore lo e” totalmente.


Finally another variety of choy sam linking with first steamed and then baked with besciamella (the same from lasagna above) carrots and zucchini, on top of stir fried rice vermicelli with grated cheese.

  1. Radha, Radha…you know what, choy sam is something you won’t get it from anywhere except Asian countries. And it tastes wonderfully good just plain with a little garlic oil and oyster sauce! Yum…

    • mmmm oyster sauce…just siu siu its okey for me, not too much, will just put it aside for everbody who enjoys it :p
