HK tofu in choco panettone (no eggs ~ senza uova)

Hong Kong tofu from the wet market, just 3 dollars for a big big square. i used 2 small cups of it in the batter for a chocolate panettone, which included also a small smashed banana, butter, milk, some unwhipped cream, Lindt chocolate with nocciole, powdered sugar; then flour and a full small cup of salty coursly grinded almonds. the result is normal:

Al mercato un pezzone di tofu solido costa solo 3 dollari. ne ho usate due tazzine nel miscuglio base per un panettone: una banana piccola molla (era vecchia), burro, latte, cioccolato Lindt alle nocciole (da Natale 2008 in frigo :-)), poca panna liquida, zucchero in polvere; poi farina e mandorle salate tritate grossolanamente (cosi scrocchiano al momento dell’assaggio).

1. Blend: tofu + cream + banana ~ Processare i tre.250820095238-1

250820095241-1 2. Melt chocolate in warm milk and butter ~ Sciogliere il cioccolato in latte caldo e burro

3. Add flour, sugar, baking soda and almonds ~ aggiungere farina, zucchero, baking soda e mandorle
