Lights on Rich breakfast ~ Riflettori su Colazione ricca

I can feel it during the day. Energy fuel’s needed starting from the morning. it’s too important. then followed by a satysfiying lunch and finally ending with a light dinner. It’s all possible, so i am starting a list of home made meals which are appropriate for our mornings at home:

  • baked or not baked oatmeal mixed with milk, fruit,vegetables…
  • congee with meat, veg, fish…
  • pasta salads
  • noode soups
  • sandwiches
  • bread & jam
  • jam crostata
  • fresh fruit
  • pancakes
  • steamed or boiled assorted dumplings
  • yogurt
  • sausages
  • chi pao pao / pork burger
  • potato salad
  • cus cus with butter or rich
  • bread nd tomato
  • pizza

what else??

La colazione ricca merita piu attenzione.  Lo sento durante la giornata che il comustibile di prima mattina e’ davvero importante, seguito da soddisfacente pranzo e cena leggera. ecco quindi una lista disordinata di pasti fatti in casa che andrebbero bene di prima mattina:

  • porridge con latte, frutta,verdure…
  • congee con carne,verdure…
  • insalata di pasta
  • zuppa di spaghetti
  • panini vari
  • pane e marmellata
  • crostata di marmellata 
  • frutta fresca
  • pancakes
  • dumplings bolliti o al vapore
  • yogurt
  • salsicce arrostite
  • burger di maiale = chi pao pao
  • insalata di patate
  • cuc cus al burro o piu ricco
  • pane e pomodoro
  • pizza
