easy chicken curry – Facile Pollo al curry

Se avete una spezia fresca che vi piace (basilico, menta, cilantro, prezzemolo…) del pollo e dello yogurt, e’ gia preparato!

  • Marinare i pezzi di pollo con qualche goccia di limone, aglio tritato e olio, sale
  • Ridurre in crema lo yogurt + le foglie della/e spezia/e
  • Friggere il pollo col suo olio della marinatura
  • Aggiungere lo yogurt quando il pollo e’ marroncino
  • Mescolare e far amalgamare

Last week we had this chicken for three consecutives dinners, prepared with a difference herb/spice all the times, dont add too much lemon juice otherwise it will cover all the other flavors; it was a good inspiration from Deeba @ passionateaboutbaking. From now on i can cook this chicken any time because it’s easy and tasty!
