While the meringues are still baking and taking shape in the oven it’s getting time for dinner. What’s on hand lets see…!? Corn, button mushrooms, cabbage: all flavored and stir fried over onions, cumin and mustard seeds, some salt. Simple Indian touch. Sometimes i can’t add too many of these spices because i m the only one who loves them here at home, so i just try the simplified way of things. The rice is ready, the cooker is smoking and quite peeping. Here is our one-dish vegetarian dinner for tonight. Meringues will follow in the next post!
