Afternoon snack with veg-sushi

Have some  stir fried slices of pumpkin and Chinese string beans (cannot find thinner strings than those!) with garlic and chili. Have some avocado of course (which i left softening rolled into paper bag, as my friend madhavi once advised) and some tasty hard cheddar cheese (which i accidentally found in discount at Park nd Shop today morning). Prepare the rice (which was left over from last night) by blending some sushi vinegar in it, let it sit in the fridge for a small while. Then enjoy the organization on the mini mat and the final roll-up. My knife wasn’t good: it came out quite rustic in shape :D nonetheless super duper delicious.
