In Vietnam countriside this is how they served it to us, accompanied by a mix of crushed peanuts and white sugar for dipping.
Ecco servita la tapioca al vapore come labbiamo ricevuta nella campagna in Sud VietNam. Accompagnata da zucchero e arachidi tritati.
